Description |
Sponsored by the Episcopal Diocese of Los Angeles and the California-Pacific Annual Conference of the United Methodist Church. An opportunity for dialogue and updates on the bilateral dalogue toward full communion. Speakers will be Dr. Tom Ferguson, Associate Deputy for Ecumenical and Interfaith Relations of the Episcopal Church, and the Rev. Dr. Doug Mills, Associate General Secretary for Ecumenical and Interfaith Dialogue of the United Methodist Church. The gathering will conclude with an Interim Eucharistic Liturgy at which Bishop Mary Ann Swenson of the Methodist Church and Bishop Chester Talton of the Diocese of Los Angeles will officiate.
